UNIT-6-COMMISSION_MAKING OF: THE VIDEO EUKARYOTIC CELLS
As i further developed my idea of showing the bacteria in my first sequence.

And later on show the eukaryotic cells which is formed from a bacteria...

The bacteria in the first sequence is more of a common unicellular cell that is found in muddy water.
As the second sequence i try to show the sudden rise and fall of unicellular cells.
This video is more like an advertisement bringing/showing the interest and wonders of cells relating to the first diagram.

During the final sequence i tried to show a more defined character of the eukaryotic cell just to show it as a life form with a unique behaviour as it dances its way to the rest of the cells and works as an unicellular organism.

UNIT_6_COMMISION
so in this project the brief has asked to create a video in maximum of two minutes in duration. And also make a presentation which should last no longer then 10 minutes.
and after the briefing i decided to do something related to the first diagram origin of eukaryotes...
i decided on dividing these cells and explaining them in a way of giving it a character and more of a model... As i have got these ideas which are a bit similar to the cartoons and some movies i have scene related to human body for example magic school bus, dragonball z kid buu saga, etc i also decided to finish the review and story board as i could further research and develope an idea to make my character more active... I also tried to get some more details regarding this image on how i could elabrote and what way i could make it more fluent as i would be adding its changes as u see in the diagram with the detail of how the cell developes in time and to recearch more on its characteristics..

final_Animation of maniacal television.
I am planing to redo this as i really love the story and the idea of the robot chasing the television as the television itself starts showing its maniacal characteristics and behaviour through electric, buffer and shake more like its going to explode. i really love the story as the character seem to fit in so well as the idea of having a robot and television seemed to be a good option.

maniacal tv_StoryBoard 02 and character sketches
I rethought the whole story as i coudnt bring enough maniacal in my previous story board.
I kinda started to like the character of the television set which has a toonish tone and a maniacal behaviour to it and the robot which tries to get ahold of that set but in the end it gets more like electrocuted by the television.
some plain character sketches just to have an idea of how the tv looks but i made the look a bit more simple and the antenna a bit weirder as i could reason them for a purpose in my video. i coudnt understand why the image is upside down i coudnt rotate it in blogger.

Essay research on Hayao Miyazaki
Hayao Miyazaki the second of four brothers, was born on 5th of January 1941 in the town of Akebono-cho, part of Tokyo who was later known to the world as a prominent animation filmmaker from Japan. I decided to write an essay about his works as i deeply admire his animation works such as Totoro and Spirited away.His movies are usually cloudy to differentiate between good and bad right till the end, which makes the play very interesting.

UNIT_5_ Storyboard_char sketches and ideas.
iam adding a ball like char which is more like a evil creature that posseses the televition.. and a hand operating the remote trying to get what it wanted but since the televition is posseses it has its own character and dsnt let the viewer to watch what he wanted.. and i am also planing to add many funny video mixings and crazy flips of frams which is almost maniacal in the scene.. and in the end of the story line i show as the entire places is blacked out due to the continues flip and change of the televition..

UNIT-5 Disney Fantasia
Fantasia (1940), a Disney animated feature-length "concert" film milestone, is an experimental film integrating eight magnificent classical musical compositions with enchanting, exhilarating, and imaginative, artistically-choreographed animation. I remember seeing this while i was a kid it has wonderful animatic and musical performance. As the design and highlights with the use of colors gave a whole new look towards animation. The dance of flower and use of textures had a very good expression of life even in a broomstick which made the character feel more real and alive.

story board_taxidermist and two charactor sketches
Story of a boy who gets lost in the woods and finds himself in a farm were he meets a taxidermist, unfortunately the taxidermist dsnt just stuff animals. the boys finds himself traped. The final pre-viz half done and unfortunately i wasnt able to work on it as my pc stoped responding and i had to redo all the work in my laptop from scratch =/.

Psycho 1960 Dir. Alfred Hitchcock
Most psychological movies i seen starts with a crime scene and lets the viewer with suspense. The movie gave me quiet a surprise in getting Janet Leigh killed as i felt like she would be the one living through the entire movie in the start. Secondly i really believed Anthony Perkins mother to be still alive. The psychological influences of the characters in the movie showed the darker and tragic sides of the character. There are many similar kind of movie adaptations.
For example the movie vacancy(2007) shows the same style of a motel which is deserted and having a very sinister approach.
A young married couple becomes stranded at an isolated motel and finds hidden video cameras in their room. They realize that unless they escape, they'll be the next victims. But what i felt missing in this movie was that there was mot much psychological pressure but just plain nightmare similar to House of wax(2005).
The movie Halloween(1978) and Scream(1996) gives a good example of psychological impact on the story play as well as nightmare.
